Anatoliy Trofimov - an outstanding bayan player, teacher, conductor, composer and arranger. He graduated from the famous Gnessin Institute of Music in Moscow, was the gold medal winner at the prestigious International Competition in Vienna in 1958, attained the honor and title of a Merited Artist of Russia and was a professor at the Mussorgsky Ural State Conservatory in Ekaterinburg, Russia. His transcriptions, arrangements of folk and popular melodies for a domra and bayan duo were published in four volumes. They are presented here for your attention.
